21 Jul National Board Training Retreat 2013
The newest leadership team of the fraternity convened in Indianapolis, Indiana for a National Board Training Retreat (NBTR 2013).
Leadership training comprised of four main objectives: (1) understand officer expectations and start making a contribution immediately; (2) provide specialized and in-depth training to each officer; (3) be educated on fraternity and non-profit best practices; and (4) align everyone on the same page regarding the direction and vision for the fraternity. In short, leadership training aims to add value to the leaders to add value to the fraternity.
