Welcome to the 36th International Convention, hosted in Charlotte, North Carolina! The gathering will be held from June 13th to June 15th, 2025 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte/Concord Golf Resort and Spa.

Hosted by the Lambda Phi Epsilon International Board, we hope to bring you another exciting weekend full of impactful education, enlightening seminars, and meaningful connections with brothers from across the globe.
We look forward to a weekend of business, brotherhood, and professional development. Your purchase of an undergraduate ticket gives you access to the following:
• Hotel stay for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
• Banquet and two additional meals.
• Keynote and breakout sessions.
• Brotherhood bonding.
• Group syncs and activities.
Registration will close May 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Any tickets purchased after this time will not be guaranteed room, board, a swag bag, or entry to the event.

We are looking for individuals who are interested in hosting a workshop/presentation at Convention.
We have a few topics that membership has shown signs of wanting to learn about, but we are open to any original topics you may have as well.
Once your application is submitted, the Programming Team will review the application and email you about the next steps.
